Danny Dwyer, CEO
One of the youngest Global captains in the U.S., Danny leads Rivet with both cockpit experience and strategic insight. With more than a decade managing and flying large-cabin jets, he combines operational expertise with a sharp, analytical approach to ownership.
Danny also happens to be one of the most connected people in aviation. From sourcing a critical part on short notice to assembling the right crew or cutting through industry red tape, he knows who to call — and is probably already on a first-name basis with the person who can make it happen.
Brett Buscemi, COO
Brett brings sharp thinking, big energy, and a future-focused mindset to Rivet’s leadership. An ATP multi-engine pilot with a commercial helicopter rating, he also serves as PIC of a King Air 350 and a Gulfstream GIV, pairing cockpit depth with a natural drive to rethink how aircraft are managed.
Never short on ideas, Brett plays a key role in pushing Rivet forward and challenging the status quo. From streamlining systems to driving projects full throttle, his fingerprints are all over Rivet’s innovation. If it’s more modern, more efficient, or simply better, there’s a good chance it started with Brett.
Denise Jasura, CFO
With decades of experience in high-level operations and accounting, Denise is Rivet’s financial commander. Calm under pressure and uncompromising in her standards, she brings discipline and transparency to every detail of the business.
Whether navigating seven-figure movements or scrutinizing the smallest line item, Denise keeps Rivet’s financial systems sharp, accurate, and accountable. Her oversight and strategy ensure the company operates with stability today and strength for tomorrow.

Logistics Manager
Calm, hella capable, and always composed, Hale‘iwa brings a sharp eye and steady hand to Rivet’s logistics. An instrument-rated pilot and wingsuit skydiver, she plans and executes itineraries with exacting attention to detail.
From coordinating ground transportation to navigating international requirements and catering, Hale‘iwa anticipates the details others overlook. She keeps every trip seamless and on schedule — trusted by owners and crew alike to get it right the first time.

Kaylee is the behind-the-scenes powerhouse keeping Rivet connected, secure, and running at full digital speed. With a sharp mind for problem-solving and a calm, methodical approach, she ensures the team’s technology works seamlessly and securely.

With ears perked and tail wagging, Zoe keeps morale high as Rivet’s Chief Barking Officer. From greeting teammates at the hangar to inspecting snack supplies, she makes sure the crew stays pawsitive and on task.
A seasoned fixed-wing traveler and unofficial co-pilot, Zoe brings fluff to the fast-paced world of private aviation. Whether photobombing team calls or catching mid-day naps, her leadership style is simple: treats first, business later.
