Meet the People Who Make Rivet Work

In the Air and on the Ground

Those Who Carry the Mission

Rivet is a carefully curated team of pilots, business leaders, and problem-solvers ~ each bringing a different strength to one shared mission: Making aircraft ownership straightforward and personal. From the cockpit to the balance sheet, the flight schedule to the hangar, and yes, even keeping morale high with our Chief Barking Officer … meet the core crew behind Rivet.

Danny Dwyer CEO

Danny Dwyer, CEO

One of the youngest Global captains in the U.S., Danny leads Rivet with both cockpit experience and strategic insight. With more than a decade managing and flying large-cabin jets, he combines operational expertise with a sharp, analytical approach to ownership.

Danny also happens to be one of the most connected people in aviation. From sourcing a critical part on short notice to assembling the right crew or cutting through industry red tape, he knows who to call — and is probably already on a first-name basis with the person who can make it happen.

Brett Buscemi COO

Brett Buscemi, COO

Brett brings sharp thinking, big energy, and a future-focused mindset to Rivet’s leadership. An ATP multi-engine pilot with a commercial helicopter rating, he also serves as PIC of a King Air 350 and a Gulfstream GIV, pairing cockpit depth with a natural drive to rethink how aircraft are managed.

Never short on ideas, Brett plays a key role in pushing Rivet forward and challenging the status quo. From streamlining systems to driving projects full throttle, his fingerprints are all over Rivet’s innovation. If it’s more modern, more efficient, or simply better, there’s a good chance it started with Brett.
