Onboarding

Whether you're moving from another manager or standing up your first flight department, Rivet runs a comprehensive onboarding that protects your time and keeps the aircraft moving. We coordinate directly with your representatives, crew and vendors to move everything under the aircraft, not the management company. From maintenance records and regulatory authorizations to subscriptions, scheduling preferences, and crew transition, every detail is transferred to the aircraft and documented for a clean start.

Financial Management

Rivet establishes a dedicated trust account for each aircraft, keeping client funds fully segregated and transparent. Every invoice is validated internally by the lead pilot, Director of Maintenance, or a Rivet partner, then paid directly from the client’s account. With no surcharges, handling fees, or markups, owners receive true passthrough expenses and complete visibility. A Rivet accounting manager works directly with your representatives, CPAs, or legal counsel to provide accurate reporting, operating budgets, and clear monthly and annual overviews. Optional payroll and benefits administration is available for clients who prefer Rivet to manage crew compensation.
